How Willing Are You?

Are you willing to change?

Are you willing to let go of what you believe is true now to find a deeper meaning?

To find growth and change in new areas of your life?

Change will happen with or without willingness. 

Often big shifts in our life circumstances happen when we really aren’t wanting or expecting them.

Think of the times when something big changed in your life.

Were you feeling open and willing? Or was there a push or fight against it?

Willingness can create an ease as change happens. 

If you are willing to allow what is happening to happen or what is not happening to not happen, you can find a peace within.

Willing to let go of expectations.

I invite you to look at some of your current expectations in your life.  This can be your relationship, your body or even your work.

Write them down. Be real with yourself.

When we can look at expectations with truth and no judgement, we allow space to open and we can let go of these areas that are causing pain, tension, anxiety.

There is nothing we need to hold onto.

Everything changes. Everything moves.

The key is to keep yourself curious rather than stuck in a knowing.

Be willing to allow change and curiosity to thrive.

Notice how you feel in your body when you come up against a sticky expectation.

  • Breathe.
  • Find a willingness for life.
  • Stay curious.
